The service was great. They checked the health dept records for septic layout and info. Found out a company with initals LS dug a whole in the drain field and did not pump septic 8 years earlier. TLC are experts.
The service was great. They checked the health dept records for septic layout and info. Found out a company with initals LS dug a whole in the drain field and did not pump septic 8 years earlier. TLC are experts.
Hired to install a roof drain line. Work was done neatly and timely. Drain line has frozen every Winter (2) since the install causing a fairly large insurance claim due to water damage. When asked to repair or refund, TLC declined and I received many excuses. Very sad when customer service goes out the window when something goes wrong.
