Great service, professional, knowledgeable. My parents septic was supposed to be pumped by another company 8 yrs ago. I saw where they dug. Years later found out it was the drain field not septic Thanks, L S. for the lesson in who to trust. TLC pulled heath dept records and actually pumped the septic for the first time ever. Thank you TLC
The service was great. They checked the health dept records for septic layout and info. Found out a company with initals LS dug a whole in the drain field and did not pump septic 8 years earlier. TLC are experts.

Hired to install a roof drain line. Work was done neatly and timely. Drain line has frozen every Winter (2) since the install causing a fairly large insurance claim due to water damage. When asked to repair or refund, TLC declined and I received many excuses. Very sad when customer service goes out the window when something goes wrong.
