Staff a can be very argumentative have no real respect for peoples property
Terrible company ! attitudes are bad. Staff are not supported being sent out with no knowledge of care package needed . No handling equipment or basic knowledge ( not the girls faults) management need to be more active in care plans! Basic records are not kept and any gd reviews iv found have been from management or there friends. avoid where possible .
I would not recommend, they don’t turn up & this happens often. When they do shoe up sometimes it’s 10pm at night, what good it that to someone in their 90’s Not well trained and some staff do not have PVG’s I’ve reported them to the council and care inspectorate
TLC have a fantastic team and cared for our family member with dedication, respect and empathy. We cannot thank them enough!
