TLC repaired my boat 2 years ago. The quality of the work was good, and they communicated with me throughout the process. I also asked a lot of questions and they were very patient in addressing. I can see where some may be put off with the no nonsense approach they have. I found them to be accurate and honest. They did what they said they would do, for the price quoted. They also worked with me on solutions to minimize my expense of the repair. I'll take my boat/outboard back there without hesitation.
I was a potential customer until speaking on the phone with a tlc employee. He was rude! Horrible customer service! I will not take my boat here to be repaired.
