Believe what you read – They made me rate them...TLC doesn't even deserve a star. For those of you currently leasing from TLC, some info I had to DIG up that they didn't seem to happy with me knowing. Everytime I ask who is Jan's boss she won't tell me.....got my hands on that one! His name is Michael Cowan. He has an office in Midland/Odessa area.
