TLC is an amazing private home care business. My husband needed 24/7 care at home. Jolene, owner of TLC, found care givers very quickly. When I knew that my husband was coming home from the hospital, they found amazing caregivers immediately. My husband arrived home at 6:00 PM; the TLC home health aide came at 7:30. Their staff gave care to my husband and me! They helped guide me. I give TLC a 5 star rating! Thank you!
We began working with TLC a few weeks ago and love our CNAs Suzanne and Erin. They are always on time, extremely nice and very kind. They are knowledgeable and keep busy with things around the house. We are very lucky to have them
Avoid this agency! Update: This agency is now suing my parents because they chose to leave the agency even though my parents paid the fees specified in the contract for leaving. They are petty, vengeful, and ruthless, only interested in profits. They contacted my sister after I posted the first review to try to pressure me to take it down. We were so pleased with the care givers from TLC - from early July through August, 2025. The home health aides were energetic, respectful, and caring. I had many tasks for them, large and small, and they filled my requests with accuracy and speed. And I enjoyed each one and their skills so much. Excellent hires, excellent help.
