Jolene and her team we give 5 stars to. My mom has early dementia and dad had a stroke, we were not 100% sure what to do temporarily since we all live two hours away from them. I went down to stay for a short time while dad was still in the hospital and as soon as he got out TLC's nurses and teams started caring for our parents. TLC is amazing! Chelsea took care of me and was literally the sweetest person ever. She did everything she possibly could to make me feel comfortable. She stayed up all night and made sure I was hydrated. I really appreciate all Chelsea and TLC have done to help me when I most needed them. I would recommend them to everyone.
Jolene was right there for us the day after I called. Everything was ready and in place for when my husband came home from the hospital. A hairline fracture above his knee replacement resulted in no weight bearing for 6-8 weeks. Needing 24 hour help, Jolene came to the rescue. Most of the aides who have helped have been wonderful. As it’s only me and my husband I so appreciated the care and attentiveness of the employees at TLC. Kudos to Jolene and her staff.

Excellent agency with top-notch, profesional caregivers. The owner, Jolene Cicchese, RN does a truly exceptional job vetting her employees to ensure kind, high-quality CG’s. Every person she sent to care for our mom was extremely knowledgeable in elder care, professional, and caring. TLC was super responsive to our needs and very flexible in working with our existing independent CG’s as well.
