My husband had a recent stay at a skilled nursing facility and was able to discharge home, but still needed some assistance with ambulating and daily care TLC was recommended to us and we could not be happier with this decision. A big shout out to his caregiver Laurie who is very professional, compassionate, and supportive to both my husband and myself. I highly recommend TLC for your love ones
As a Care Manager who has worked with Seniors for over 20+ years, I am very hard to impress. I am very impressed with TLC Private Home Care! The TLC team of Nurses provided outstanding support and assistance with a complex care client. Avoid this agency! To quickly summarize, my parents have had a terrible experience with TLC, the details of which I had included in an initial review, which I don’t have space to include here with this update. This culminated in TLC trying to sue my 94 year old parents for $7000 in small claims court, claiming that my parents had solicited their caretaker to leave the agency, a claim based on no evidence at all as it wasn't true. There comes a time in your life when you unexpectedly need help and that’s the start of my review of TLC. In October 2025 my husband suffered broken vertebrae in his back which needed hospitalization, rehab and 24/7 home care. I had the good fortune to be introduced to TLC for his care and couldn’t be happier. TLC had been supporting the personal needs of my wife for the last 6 months. Without exception all of the care givers have been fantastic. Their attention to detail & compassion are simply the best. We look forward to seeing them.
