Such a fantastic company to work for. The feedback and incentives are not something you see with a lot of companies. They truly care about their employees and take the time to let them know. Sometimes just a simple text “thanks for remembering to clock in every day” or “thanks for all you do” etc. They also let you know when a client speaks well of you and they give monetary rewards for good work and even for your birthday! The owner is fantastic too. I highly recommend TLC.
This was our first experience using a home health care agency and, while it was a learning process for us, we were grateful to have support during my mom’s recovery from a total knee replacement surgery. My wife came down with a serious illness requiring intensive home care which I could not provide being by myself. My neighbor strongly recommend TLC in Buzzard Bay who she used for the care of her father. I met with Jolene Cicchese, owner of TLC at my home. During our meeting my wife needed immediate attention. When my husband was discharged from rehab after a broken hip we needed a second set of hands to help me transfer him to and from his wheelchair. I contacted TLC Private Home Care the day before he was coming home and they quickly set up a full team of caregivers to provide the 24/7 care we needed.
