Had 2 appointments confirmed and was 30 minutes early. Both times they bumped me off the schedule and let a walk-in take my spot. Nd I’ve been trying to get seen for 2 years!!! They only deal with their regulars so they don’t have to do much work! It’s sad and pathetic!
Crystal was soo positive, professional and made my experience so easy! I can’t wait to come back!! Wish it could be a whole lot of employees like her everywhere in this world she is amazing!!
