This is one of the worst medical centres I’ve dealt with. You book an appointment but never receive a call from the doctor. Instead, you have to call the clinic yourself and chase them just to find out if you’ll even get a call. This has happened to me three times now. On top of that, when you try to contact reception, you’re left on hold for more than 30 minutes, only for the call to eventually disconnect. Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer service. Would not recommend.
the staff are so incredibly friendly and attentive! the dr was by far the best doctor i’ve seen and the receptionist was so lovely and helpful! best experience at a doctor’s surgery i’ve ever had :)
This star is for receptionist who are always looking at you like aliens they are really roud and reckless no respect for people of other community. Always have very bad experience with both the ladies sorting on the reception they laugh and mock you. Also another day when I called requested for Doctors call back. They said she got busy I waited for 3 hours and doctor knew I will call back although they never passed the msg to the doctor and also kept disconnecting the call. Always a warm and friendly welcome by Olivia on reception makes for a lovely atmosphere , my dietetic Ellie keeping me on track with a healthy diet or any advice I may need , my nurse Sarah for her ongoing expertise and outstanding care I receive at all times and my Dr Ben for his professionalism and ongoing compassion, empathy , extraordinary care he gives in all areas of my health and well-being. I am beyond blessed to be a patient at this medical centre!
