They take ages to pick up the phone it just rings forever they don’t even put you on hold. The GP doesn’t do telehealth and finishes at 4pm so if you’re a normal person with a job it’s difficult to get here.
Terrible service twice in a row. First appointment waited an additional 30-45 minutes past appt time to see a doctor. Second appt was booked for 4.30pm on a Friday for a script refill. Got there 5 minutes early and I supposedly called to cancel earlier in the day. Have had nothing but trouble, wouldn’t bother.
