Wish I could leave a negative star for their business ethic. I’m a contractor that was never paid in full and forced to file a lien on the home owners residence. The home owner is now taking action as well and moving forward with a lawsuits against TLC Pools and Spas. Matt and his wife continue to lie to customers to fund their lively hood while conducting business with very poor quality and service. My pool still is not complete 2 months after agreed upon date. Owners have been contacted several times with no resolution.
