Terrible service over years. Owners will nickle and dime you, while their crews perform shoddy service and take no responsibility for lost and broken pieces during services. One closure, the crew drained the pool so far down that another contractor told me we were lucky the pool hadn't collapsed. The 2 checks over the winter, which is part of the service contract, were never performed so the issue wasn't even identified until the pool opening. Most recently, we engaged them to open the pool.
