We were quite pleased with the excellent service provided by Nick on March 31, 2025, on Welsh Road in Philadelphia, PA. His friendly demeanor, efficiency, and professionalism were noteworthy. We will certainly consider utilizing TLC's services again should we encounter any further issues with our drains.

Very courteous, fast and efficient water removal services. I highly recommend them!! Staff was very fast in answering my call and coming into the house to start clean-up. Best service!!!!

Bait and switch company. I made an appt for their $83 main line drain clearing and when they came out they told me they had to collect payment before providing the service. They said the price would be $1,268 because it was a business; even though I told them that when the appt was made under the business name.

I had an emergency clogged toilet at my business. I had back to back clients and called 8 different plumbers that either didn’t answer or weren’t able to help. TLC came to my rescue! I had the pleasure of working with Kenny and he was phenomenal! Not only was he professional, he explained everything to me so I understood and took care of the problem all within less than an hour. Thank you so much to Kenny for helping me!

TLC got a plumber to come out immediately. Conor was amazing. Identified the issue very quickly and told us what we need to do. We shall be using TLC and Conor for all future needs! Great company!
