A+ for work completed. F for communication and billing issues. This company owes me money for overpayment due to insurance and billing issues. They refuse to pay me back because issues with payment caused a "bookkeeping nightmare" in their office. Not my problem. They still owe me money. Their correspondence was rude and unprofessional.
Gary got us back up and running after a kitchen island issue. Thanks again Gary!
Very prompt and helpful!
We have standing water in our basement floor. TLC sent out a technician to assess the issue and he did so at no cost. As the issue didn’t end up being a drain or plumbing issue there was no charge! Nick took the time to make a proper assessment and even scoped our main drain line to make sure. The honesty and dedication that TLC provides is refreshing.
