Ive een going to TLC for over a year. Dr Caldwell & Crystal are great and Dr Caldwell is very thorough finding conditions on my 2 dogs that other vets missed. The prices are also very reasonable. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the long wait times and disorganization at the front desk. But those things are not enough to stop me from going back!

The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would? Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
