Nice folks and I appreciate them working with rescue agencies, but I've been shoved into a waiting room for an hour with 6 kittens and other than collecting my info 45 minutes ago (after waiting in the parking lot for almost 15 minutes) haven't received any treatment.

Sadly, I had to send my sweet Heidi over the rainbow bridge yesterday after spending the last 15 years with her by my side. The staff was so incredibly kind and caring. The doctor was compassionate and explained everything and was so understanding. As heartbreaking as it was for me, I left there with a sense of comfort. I cannot thank them enough for helping to comfort us and being so kind.
