She listens to me, answers any and all questions thoroughly, and does not downplay my concerns. Dr. Taylor is the best!! I have used Dr. Taylor for years and after reading these reviews, I had to put my two cents in! I LOVE this doctor and have never had the experiences that these people have! When I came to the clinic, I asked if they were taking new patients, the answer was "only if you're pregnant and only if you have private insurance." I was thrilled!! Marginal Pediatrician Dr. Taylor nearly killed my 8 year old son. He prescribed a powerful antibiotic intended for adults only. My son threw up blood and was so dehydrated that it nearly shut down his kidneys. Quick action by the hospital saved his life. A year later, when my son developed an infection, he tried to prescribe the same antibiotic. We declined the treatment. If it wasn't for the front office... We have used Dr Taylor for over nine years. Here's a basic breakdown in my opinion: Pros: Same day sick appointments, Nurse Mary (PA) and Dr Taylor's Nurse (Denita ?) are the BEST! Dr Taylor cares for his patients and shows it. Cons: Front office staff is not the friendliest; Tons of Medicade patients; Waiting room doesn't feel the cleanest; No walk in clinic; Cannot schedule visit the day before, must call that morning; A few problems with the after hours nurse not returning our calls, b... read more
Great Doctor, Good Nurses,BAD staff Dr taylor is a great doctor, He was my daugther and son pediatician for 10 year, the problem I had in the end was, they take to many medicaid patients and the staff care less if you there paying cash or private insurance(my case) I try to get my kids record once and the lady in the front desk made me wait for and hour and came back saying the records were not complete and my son need more shots so she couldn't give it to me, and they couldn't see him this day! ask for mary!!!!! i have brought both of my boys there for 4 years and i love them. they always get them in that day and i usually don't have to wait for hours to see someone. i may not see the same doctor or nurse practitioner but i like them all!
Doctor could be friendlier The doctor really wasn't that kid friendly. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but he didnt' explain much and pretty much just had his nursue do everything.
Good Pediatricians This is a great place to go sometimes it is hard to get your child into seeing the doctor. The nursues and office staff are super nice. They are very helpful when you are there.
