I had a great experience the people that transported me were nice, but the ambiance ride was a bit bumpy but all around a 10/10 experience I highly recommend.
We had used this company on a few occasions for my 90yo mother and had been happy with service. Apparently they now say we missed an invoice payment. This was from 7mos ago. We never miss payments, and if it had accidentally been missed, we would have paid it immediately if we had found out. They never called us or let us know of this issue. They now have a collection agency after her and now myself, for a 80.00 ride, which has now become 124.30 with late fees. We are so upset with how this has been handled. Not a very profe... read more
We received excellent , prompt service which made the experience very positive. Patient has advanced Alzheimer's, is in a wheel chair and travelled with her PSW this can be challenging. The transfer was right on point both to and fro. We will use this service again.
Wonderful people, I had a great experience. Picked up after an out patient procedure. I would definitely recommend.
