Do NOT do business with TLC Outdoor Living. They promised me one thing prior to my making a purchase with them, and then refused to honor the agreement afterward or refund my money. UPDATE: After refusing to process the return and refund, they then said that they would, but only if I agreed to take down my negative reviews. When I unhappily agreed, they changed their minds and still wouldn’t do the return. TLC Outdoor Living is awesome! My husband and had been wanting a hot tub for awhile, and in doing some research decided Bull Frog was the brand we wanted. In looking for a dealer, we found TLC and are so happy we did. We went on a Saturday with our 2 sons to check out the store and ended up buying a hot tub that day! Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She thoroughly explained the hot tub to us, and all that was involved in maintaining it.
