i submitted an inquiry through their website and received a call back from "Michael" the very next day. Extremely nice and personable and answered all my questions. That same day I sent him the survey to our home and pics of pools I have in mind as examples. I never heard back from him. I've sent 2 follow-up text messages and still no response. Even at the most basic pool, I guess $45k isn't considered a big sale to them and only have time for clients spending $100k or more. Next!

Do NOT do business with TLC Outdoor Living. They promised me one thing prior to my making a purchase with them, and then refused to honor the agreement afterward or refund my money. After refusing to process the return and refund, they then said that they would, but only if I agreed to take down my negative reviews. When I unhappily agreed, they changed their minds and still wouldn’t do the return. Can't say enough about our experience working with TLC Outdoor Living on our luxury pool and outdoor kitchen project. It was extremely positive. They were extremely professional from the initial consultation through the luxury custom pool and outdoor kitchen remodeling project. They had great ideas on how to construct our existing outdoor spa so that we were able to utilize our space in the most efficient manner as possible.
