This salon is truly a gem. Jojo is exceptionally skilled and meticulous in her work — her attention to detail is unmatched. The owners are wonderful, genuine people who create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the family. Every visit is relaxing, uplifting, and a true pleasure. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I typically only come here for a clean up mani/pedi since I don’t use gel or acrylics. I suppose the ladies in here think because I don’t ask for those services that they can do whatever (or nothing at all) to my nails. Aside from cutting my cuticles and doing an awful job at filing them evenly, they barely cut them. This is almost every visit for the past few months except this time around they cut into my cuticle and I started bleeding. Total waste of money and will never go back here again. New to the area, tried quite a few nail salons until I discovered TLC. They do an amazing job , this is my third visit and everyone is very friendly. They care and want to please you. I have found my place! Highly recommend them!

Quality Nails, But Broken Promise for Side-by-Side Seating on Group Appointments I booked a side-by-side manicure in advance by phone for a special occasion and specifically requested to sit together with a family member. By phone, the staff confirmed side-by-side seating but, in the middle of the manicure, we were asked to separate our seating to accommodate another customer's treatment.
