Satisfactory mobile service, a bit of smoking from the exhaust afterwards but it burned off eventually, I suspect from some spilled oil or coolant but the reservoir looks clear. Unfortunately, all wipers were changed and charged for without prior agreement. I’d of preferred a heads up as they functioned fine beforehand and would’ve saved me about $100. The service was prompt and didn’t take long at all- the woman was very pleasant and my car is running just fine for a basic service.
Mel is an absolute legend and has helped me both times my car has unexpectedly broken down. She’s super flexible with when she comes to you, and she answered all my questions. Plus she helped reattach my bumper after it was knocked off by someone and gave me a recommendation for a panel beater. Thanks mate!
Mel was auper friendly and easygoing. Came out quickly, fixed the issues with no fuss, and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. Really happy with the service – highly recommend!
