This practice sent a balance of $380 to collections after I was under the assumption that I had a payment plant set up. Prior to sending me to collections, I never spoke to someone from billing- the fact that a doctors office even charges over $500 to see a patient is ridiculous, and I have insurance. Worst PCP I’ve ever been to, very impersonal and disorganized. You make an appointment specifically with the doctor then you get medical students without the doctor in the room. Getting a medication refilled usually required 1-2 weeks of leaving voicemails and the pharmacy sending the requests until they actually do it. I asked about a vaccination status and instead of looking in my chart to see if I had it, Dr. T ordered a blood test that I got a 500$ bill for. They also schedule as many unnecessary follow up’s as possible.... read more
The office is very clean and the treatment from the staff and provider was the best
They are so sweet the front desk ladies. Good doctors as well. Highly recommended
