The Mission B.C location is trying to charge me over $100.00 for a missed appointment. I made every effort to cancel appointment, due to the fact I had a family member die. The clinics automated answering service states that the voice box is full. Unable to leave message. So I used their websites built in message feature. I included my name. Time/date of appointment. And why I was canceling. So this penalty fee is just a cash grab on the clinics part. Unethical!
I had a phone appointment at 11:40am on Friday, I wasn't contacted until 2 hours later. I was told by the doctor the note I requested would be emailed to me within an hour. It is Monday morning and I have Recieved nothing. There is no way to contact them or to leave a message outside of work hours. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this clinic.
This place is a joke.book an appointment for 11 they’ll say come 10 minutes early and call your name at 12pm. The doctors are rude and the front desk people are unintelligent. Don’t go here. Better off waiting at the damn hospital
Very friendly doctor and staff. I'm so happy to have found dr Adanike. He is attentive and thorough!
