My daughter had been sick for months - we were so hopeful when she saw Yvonne. She prescriped meds that her insurance would not fill. Back and forth we went for over 9 months trying to get Yvonne to negotiate with insurance or write different prescription. Nothing. No one answers phone and staff very poorly trained - talk badly about patients - we overheard 2 conversations. They forgot about us in waiting room. Really awful experience. Lots of money making gimmicks, very poor care.
Absolutely Love Yvonne! She loves her patients and cares for them so much!
Yvonne is one of the most caring physicians i have ever met. She is truly invested in her patients well being.
They put me on hold for an extra long time. I hung up, called again, waited too long, hung up. Receptionist called me back and was extremely rude and argumentative. If you're too busy to handle the calls for a while, why not send the call to voicemail? I will not be returning. I hope Ms. Mouchette will look into this behavior. Sue Patterson
