Huge thanks to Tom for his professionalism and fast work! He quickly and efficiently changed the oil and filter. After the service, he tested the car and explained the issues that need to be fixed. He also replaced my headlights everything was done smoothly and without any hassle. Great mechanic, highly recommend! Best place, I’ll definitely be coming back.
Excellent service! This place was recommended to me, and now I see why. I have a 2016 Subaru Forester 2.5, and I needed to replace the head gasket, spark plugs, and front CV axles. The job was done quickly, with great quality, and at a highly professional level. You can tell this guy knows his work and does everything with integrity. Highly recommend taking your car to Tom! Tom saved me big time on short notice. I'm not from the Athens/Coxsackie area— I was in town for military obligations and needed a mechanic to fix my car. I found TLC Machining & Auto Repair on Google, and that's when I met Tom. He's incredibly professional, honest, and genuinely kind. He goes out of his way to help you however he can. My car feels brand new! If you need a reliable mechanic, trust me—Tom is the one to go to.
Worst shop ever. Broke my windshield and wouldn't pay for it. Said he would at first then delayed me by 3 days before I had to go get my vehicle to get it repaired somewhere else. Had to end up paying for the cost of a new windshield.
