I wanted to speak to a great experience I had at TLC Machining and auto repair. He was timely in working on my son’s car even though he is a one man shop. Book out if you want good service. He put new snow tires and did an oil change and a multi point service check on his car. He was honest with repairs that are needed with a strut and windshield wiper tank replacement needed. I took my car in for what I thought would be a simple oil change and some routine maintenance, but it turned into a nightmare. The service was slow, and when I picked up my car, the check engine light was on. The mechanic couldn’t explain why, and they didn't even seem to care. I had to take it to another shop to fix the issues they supposedly addressed. To top it off, the prices were much higher than initially quoted. Total waste of time and money. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Would give 0 stars if I could, This place is absolutely awful. The staff was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. When I asked simple questions about my car, they acted like I was wasting their time and didn’t even try to help. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. I left feeling furious and disrespected. Don’t waste your time or money here—go somewhere that actually values their customers.
