Never answer the phone, never return calls...how do you stay in business?
We used these gentlemen for airport transport earlier this month. They were fantastic!!! Right on time for home pickup, great travel time to the airport, Michael was a great driver. Comfortable and clean vehicles, water available. Reasonable pricing. Return trip there was a slight delay in our airport pickup because we were early and they were dealing with flight delays with other customers, not a big deal at all and they apologized numerous times. Michael was a wonderful driver, he took the long way back to the hotel after my wedding to allow extra time for myself and my wedding party to enjoy the limo. The limo was great! We had plenty of room and it had a great sound system. TLC rates were waaay better than others and a minimum wasn’t required. Definitely worth the value.
As another review said, this business is impossible to reach. After calling, emailing multiple times, and submitting a form on their website I still have not received any response or signs of life after more than a week. I am not sure this business is still operational.
I have called the phone number listed on the website 3 times now over the last few days and left a voicemail requesting a call back. There is no professional message on the answer machine. I have submitted a request for a quote on their website, I have not had any response, no one answers the phone, and no one has called me back. I guess they don't want my business.
