Last week, they "had no driver available to take me back home" after a medical appointment. I called at 11:46 am that I was ready. At 2:30 pm, friends had to pick me up! "No drivers available", "Supervisor TOO busy to talk to me". Seven calls to TLC during that time but NO ONE cared! This is the most awful service that Humana provides. And, Humana doesn't care either!
