I was a customer for a few years, always paying 2 months in advance. I became dissatisfied with the service and cost, so I cancelled my service. I asked to be refunded for the month that I did not have service and Kim Alexander never responded. I’ve emailed and text her multiple times and she refuses to respond or refund my $165. Unprofessional and disappointing.

This is a poorly run business and not at all customer-oriented. I had been a regular monthly customer for the better part of a year, always ,submitting payment a week in advance of the first of the month. Without prior notification, on Sept. 30 I received a refund for October service, the owner Kim Alexander citing "AS OF 10/1/19 I WILL NO LONGER BE SERVICING YOUR AREA."... MY SERVICE IS IN DELAND... This business shows up as scheduled. It is very consistent at doing a terrible cutting job. The cut is always messy. Apparently they don't sharpen their mower blades often. I don't think I have ever seen my lawn with a "crisp" cut. Glad to be done with this poorly run business

I had zero issues with TLC until I found my lawn mower (I was trying to sell it) used, in the middle of my backyard looking like a hot mess (it was previously on the front porch, clean) with wet grass clumped underneath it. I messaged Kim to let her know I was unhappy that no one called to consult me before using my property. I took pictures of the lawn mower, the clumped grass and the backyard.
