Even 1 star is giving this place to much credit. Nasty staff in the office. Yard looks worse than ever. Dont do anything with them! Weeds and problems all the way around! Avoid!
The Worst: in quality, customer service, knowledge and value. My experience is the only thing they seem to be good at is shoving flyers in your mailbox, predatory trap contracts, and rude comebacks and excuses when dissatisfied customers voice their experience. Keep looking, your money and choice are worth more than what they have to offer.
My lawn is the worse it has been in 30 years. They have a knack of showing up the days we get heavy rain. I have more crabgrass and clover than I ever had. Even when I call them and they show up they're here for 10 minutes. Everytime I call them I get the impression that I'm inconveniencing them. Time to start looking for a company that cares about the work they do.
