I had Refractive Lens Exchange yesterday at TLC and I couldn't be happier!! It is amazing! Not only can I see without my glasses for the first time in over 40 years but the colours of every thing are so vibrant and sharp! What a wonderful experience! I turned to lasik with a vision problem on both eyes, after testing, an operation was scheduled to replace both lenses. I can now say that I am now a happy person who got the opportunity to see and read, this is the best investment in life. With an open heart I thank the whole team and with special gratitude dr.Rootman as a surgeon and his assistants reception specialist Elizabeth for high professional organization, help in solving all problems and current issues. I recommend this company to everyone
My appointment for the surgery was at 8 in the morning, but it didn't happen until 3 pm, because the doctor was late! There was no compensation, no food, no drink offered. Once the doctor showed up everything felt very rushed and not comforting at all. When being called in the operation room, they had forgotten to give me a pre-operative medication which delayed the surgery even more. The surgery was performed and successful though. So that's good. “Very difficult to get follow-up care. They do not seem to care about patients or understand that when someone calls multiple times in an emergency or normal call, they need guidance and support. Communication and responsiveness need major improvement.”
