For anyone confused, this office is jointly owned by TLC and LASIK MD. Exact same staff and equipment, whether you choose TLC or LASIK will just give you slightly different pricing or policies. Everyone who works there is very friendly and relaxed and do their best to make you comfortable, shout out to Jean and Beth specifically for their great service. I had my surgery on Thursday last week and I had an incredible experience! The staff was very friendly and efficient. The whole process was completely seamless. I’m thrilled with the results of this procedure already.
Fantastic and friendly staff that explain the pre-op, procedure, and post-op in detail; but also in a way that is understandable, and are more than happy to clarify any questions you have. The Lasik operation I had done was quick, easy, and the surgeon explained everything as it was happening so nothing would surprise me.
I just had mine done 3 days ago. First off not only is the procedure life changing, the staff are as well ! I’ve have never met a better bunch of people who can put you at ease. They were all so friendly and funny. They are kind and comforting! Each step of the way was an honour to meet everyone and joke and laugh with them!
