20 minutes of alien abduction and I can see again
If you can't trust them to call you back, why would you trust them to operate on your eyes? It sounds like I am not the only one that has had this problem. I took time off work and came in for my initial scan; they were supposed to call me the next day, and I was told not to wear my contacts until I heard from them. After two weeks of me calling them multiple times per day and leaving messages, I have to conclude that they are never going to return my call. Can't say anything for the procedure but I wasted my time- driving an hour there and getting a babysitter for my kids for my consultation. The person who did my scan was great but the person who was supposed to give me information wasn't there and supposed to call me the next day. I never heard back either. I called 3 times and sent an email and still never heard anything about candidacy or cost. It's been a few weeks now.
This office has absolutely horrendous scheduling practices. When I went in for my consult and my pre-op appointments, it was great and I didn't see any other patients that were there. But on the day of my LASIK procedure, they must have scheduled a dozen people for the same appointment time. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment, waited 30 minutes to get checked in (because there were so many other people ahead of me), waited another 15 minutes to get into an exam room, waited another 50 minutes to see Dr. Scott, ... read more
