I have been happy with my laser eye surgery for years and TLC did a good job with the procedure. But I purchased the lifetime warranty just in case I needed a touch up down the road as I had the surgery performed at a younger age. Called in yesterday as my eyes are due for a touch up and they said my warranty is no longer there problem and gave me a number to an attorney that I'm sure I will never hear from. Very straight forward and fast procedure! Staff and doctors were very helpful setting it up and detailing the expected experience alongside having fun and joking around. Definitely recommended.

It has been 3 months now since I had Lasik Surgery done here at the Eau Claire's TLC Laser Eye Center and I cannot praise this facility and procedure enough. The staff were amazing and very professional, they were happy to help answer any questions or concerns that I had and if they did not know the answer they would find someone who did. The team at TLC did a great job with my LASIK procedure! Each member assisted in some way shape or form and now I’m back to 20/20 vision!
