very friendly staffs and people, overall great experience
I had a really great experience here. I had my consultation at the location in Oakbrook and my procedure at Westchester. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They took their time to talk me through everything and answer my questions, even my anxiety fueled hypotheticals. I’m a day post-op and having great results.
Great experience from start to finish. Had my consultation and procedure the same day. The team was kind and efficient. Dr. Probst was fantastic. Not only did my optometrist (Dr. Lehr) work for Dr. Probst, but he also had the procedure done by him. Plus, my father also had the procedure done here ~20 years ago so I knew I was in good hands. Just had my follow up appointment and I’m seeing 20/20!
