The lady who called from the call center was super rude. I was hoping to go in to get a consultation but she completely turned me off from that process. I hope the people in the offices are nicer than the people who call to follow up with you and set up appointments.
Dr. Chan did my Lasik here, and I'm now seeing 20/15! Very pleased with the process.
Staff was friendly and professional and guided me through the whole process. I'm now a week post-surgery and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! I'm now seeing 20/10 without glasses or contacts!
WOW!! I can see! All the staff was very nice and professional. They all made you feel comfortable. The day after the surgery I can see 20/15.
I had a very pleasant experience at TLC. The office is clean and comfortable with many drink and snack choices available while you wait. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait. The office is run efficiently. The staff is friendly and I felt welcomed. The best thing about my visit, definitely my provider. Dr. Monte was professional, precise, and patient. I left with better vision than I've ever obtained at other eye care centers. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience. I highly recommend TLC.
