Really friendly staff, help clean my driveway nice and clean
We pay them a large amount of money and they do a poor job plowing and cutting the grass, often skipping our house and not shoveling or salting our walkway. It has happened multiple times now, so it's either extreme incompetence or they have beef with the previous tenants.
