This is the worse company for snow removal. The parking lot at my apartment building where I live sucks. The person that plows it only does one drive through and does not plow the empty parking spots. I got stuck backing into my parking spot. The driver does 90 mph in the parking lot and has hit a yellow pole on the corner of our building. Our parking lot needs more then one drive through. It looks like it has not even been plowed since the last snow storm.

TLC should stand for They Lack Conistency/ Care. During the summer months, there are problems with their team showing up and doing the job they’re paid to do (by our condo board). They skip large areas and backyards on the regular. You would think their snow removal would fare a bit better… nope. Our driveway is partially blocked by the snow bank they created, the roadways are not plowed properly and it’s apparently up to the residents to salt the road way as TLC does not. I live in a condo that this company maintains, this company has no idea how to remove snow or spread the ice melt or sand. Not impressed as I get up today and they snowblowed the sidewalk snow on top of my car. Poor work ethic from your employees TLC, no common sense. I included photos.

I have had the worst experiences with this company. I live in a condo complex. I have had the plow driver, while driving by me, throw snow at me with his plow while I was clearing my parking spot. They clean in front in my house randomly. And today when they cleaned in front of my house; the snow blower operator threw the snow exhaust right at the back window of my vehicle.
