Friendly until something goes wrong. Everything was done timely and neatly. Problem is, not enough pitch on the pipe and the drain line keeps freezing. Will not take responsibility. Blames the ground. I'll need to hire another excavator to replace the work done.
Great if you like having to pay labor and parts for crappy work! All work is done quickly, if not professionally. Have had and heard of lots of issues with the connection for the sprinkler system on the outside of the house. Mine was due to cracked putty. Though, I guess if I could make 60 dollars for 15 minutes of work because I installed crappy equipment the first time, why wouldn't I? Ethics, maybe...don't get me wrong, they will get your work done, it might just take them a few times and a little extra cash.
