Robbie has a very impressive office. Everyone always seems happy to be there. I have only ever been present for a CST appointment but it's always a pleasant experience and the children seem to respond well and very quickly. TLC is an office I always make sure to include on my referral list.
The care is GREAT! But as of late, administration is a mess. Scheduling wrote down my appts on a piece of paper then called me to see why i missed an appt. They got the time wrong in the system. Following week: Tues i got scheduled for Thurs/Fri of the FOLLOWING week. Told no availability for same week. Np. I get called 3 days later wondering what happened. Told they have me down for yesterday and today (its the same week ya'll). Whats more frustrating is the person who made the appt at the desk is the same person calling me... read more
The staff is so caring and responsive.
Wonderful environment, the people are kind and amazing and really know what each parent goes through. I would recommend them to everyone. My two sons have improved immensely and so have I learning to understand them.
