My daughter has been going to TLC for almost three years now and my son almost a year. The staff is awesome and seem to love helping the children. I’ve noticed how much my daughter has been able to express her wants and feelings compared to when she first started here. Same for my son. He still can’t speak as well as most kids his age, but from when he first started with just grunting noises to now is a big improvement. My kids are always excited to go and bummed out when it’s time to leave. As for some parents upset about the cancelation fees I get it, but in my experience they are willing to work with you to reschedule the missed day. My daughter goes almost all day twice a week and my son for speech and OT twice a week as well. If we miss and can’t make it up that week they let us pick what day is best the next week. There’s even been a couple times to where they let us make it up a couple weeks later. Over all I love this place for my kids and have recommended it for other parents who needed services like this for their kids as well.

When we went there I had to insist to be notified if her therapist wasn't available because my daughter doesn't do change well and they would change her therapist with out telling me. When we got that issued settled the constant makeups we had to do because we missed therapy due to medical reasons was ridiculous. That was the main reason we left. They work with special needs constantly, but don't have any flexibility when these kids get sick. I just couldn't do it anymore. A lot of other parents had similar complaints.

My son has reached his one year mark with TLC therapy. It has been a roller coaster of emotions as we go through the journey and the staff has all been there to help my son and my family. Every appointment the therapist greet my little man with a big smile and patiently work with him. The environment is amazing and very child friendly. Nothing is ever forced on my child and he’s allowed to play at his own speed. At the end of each session he leaves with a smile on his face and a snack in his hand.
The best part is my son loves therapy and is eager to visit each time.
Currently we are using their teleHealth during the covid 19 pandemic and I’m very pleased with the service the amount of engagement from the staff and the progress I’m still seeing with my son.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They really love and understand our special kids here. I love how sensory friendly they are and ms Stacia is full of knowledge and is an amazing OT whom goes above and beyond to help your child in clinic and you at home as parents.

My son has been going here for years. He still gets excited to go, we are treated like family and the therapists really do have the best interest of your child in mind and in their hearts ****update*** The Therapists may be amazing but the front office are a nightmare and will lie through their teeth to cover themselves. I went there for two years and they were kind enough to waive the copay like I’m told most places do for Tricare HOWEVER. They decided to suddenly start collecting and tried to collect for the past TWELVE sessions without notifying me beforehand .. I’m sure they didn’t Want to admit to the owner that they didn’t talk to me but it’s sad we had to stop going all because of this.

When we found TLC Kids Therapy, we were in crisis. We are accepted with open arms and I can honestly say they saved our daughter and us. We were there for over 6 years and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Robbie Dunn is THE BEST, and she hires only the best. Our daughter is now 12 and thriving. I can tell you that your family will be in the best hands when you entrust her and her staff with your children. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. We have become lifelong friends with the entire family.

My twin boys received 5 years of incredible care from TLC Kids Therapy. They saw several amazing therapists over the years - most recently Miss Carolina, Miss Karina, Miss Felicia, Miss Mabel, and Miss Tara - and each one brought energy, patience, and understanding to every single session. I can’t imagine our lives without them. Highly recommended. ❤️❤️
