I can't say better things about TLC in Home Vet. It took me over a week to write this review after having to say goodbye to my best buddy, Bandit. One of the worst days of my life was made better by the compassion showed from Dr. Sandra and her team. Dr. Sandra arrived promptly at the appointment time, she messaged me that she was on her way prior, and she eased my mind every step of the way. She never rushed me. Dr. Sandra at TLC Vet was truly phenomenal during one of the most difficult moments we’ve ever faced. From the moment she arrived at our home, she brought a sense of calm, compassion, and genuine care that meant everything to us. TLC In Home Vet and Dr. Sandra did an amazing job during an incredibly difficult time. Being able to say goodbye to our boy at home was very peaceful for everyone, but most especially for him. Dr. Sandra took the time to explain everything to us step by step so we knew what to expect throughout the process. Last week, we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl, Annabelle. The day after Christmas, Dr. Sandra helped make the process as peaceful as possible, both for Annabelle and for my 12-year-old son as he held her in his arms. Our pain was immense, but she was empathetic, patient, and moved as slowly as we needed in the moment.
