Karen was super nice, extremely helpful and professional. I went in to get a wheelchair for my friend, and I was really impressed overall. They had many options to choose from, and great prices. I would highly recommend them.

Called regarding replacement armrests for my wheelchair - was told "No, don't have those - but you could buy a new chair." Uh-h -h Yeah. "But mabey I could look on line?" I thought that's what they did. Won't call again.
