Totally rubbish aged care company Dont bother using this service
I toured the TLC facility Homewood in Hallam. Many aspects were impressive and I thought it a suitable accommodation for an older relative. However, things went astray when they undertook a suitability assessment and it was determined that my relative was unsuitable. I rang up to find what the problem was and was advised that I couldn't speak to the person who had made the assessment, and I couldn't be told what was the issue with suitability.
