The two ladies that work in TLC are the most professional, courteous and kindest people that I have ever dealt with. The fellow that works in there started out being pretty nice. Not helpful at all. When it came around for me to be fitted for a bipap mask or cushion the fellow did not take the time for me to be fitted properly. Finally he said these are the cushions I have chose one.
