Bottom feeding scumbags. This is a scam business with A Personal Touch Recovery. They left me and my son stranded without a phone, car, or purse in freezing weather. They have a well known track record of scamming people. Right at 6pm when it's allowed to park there, they drove away watching My son and I freeze outside without money, car and phone. I suggest they start a real paid public parking business versus scamming people $300 and leaving young children frightened and freezing.

What a joy it was working with this company! I remember driving by this location as a young girl and thought of them immediately, when my husband was given a treasure from his Grandma - a doll she received as a young girl from her grandparents! We were in search of a doll case and they delivered for this small doll in a BIG way with a custom made case! Price was very reasonable - timeframe excellent - customer service above and beyond! I made a long trip from Northern Colorado to this business in order to get several dolls repaired. The owners took my dolls and had them completed within 2-3 hours. I had a late breakfast at Rupert's on the Edge (yum!) and strolled around Sloan's Lake while waiting. While helping me complete my transaction, the owner gave me her full attention even when others were waiting. I have shopped with this business for over 30 years, without a single problem. The couple is always helpful for what I need. As for the parking, it is a hugh parking lot with only a few cars parking in it. LOTS of empty spaces. The 4-5 spaces that TLC OWN are clearly marked -- more than one sign -- that the parking is reserved for TLC customers only. there are no other business on that side of the parking lot. Ditto for me, towed away in a PUBLIC PARKING LOT at 4:51 on a Friday evening. The cocky owner of Alltime Towing admitted to me that they swooped in on me within 2-3 minutes, $284 to get my car back. I will be showing up in a clown outfit starting Monday, to prevent other people from being towed away by these jokers.

Total SCAM outfit in cahoots with ALLTIME TOWING. I stupdily/illegally (I admit) parked in one of their private parking spots, and was towed within 5 minutes. There are cameras for the tow business pointed at the parking spots from the creepy doll hospital. My cost: $284 for 13 minutes of illegal parking. STAY AWAY.

I just wanted a simple repair job. I drove across town to have them look at it. Horrible customer service. They didn't return my calls. They hung up on me twice.

We were in town visiting from out of state. The staff at TLC was so wonderful to work with. We brought in a doll to have the arm reattached late in the afternoon. We were leaving the next day and they had it ready by the next morning. Our little girl was so happy to have her dolly fixed. Thank you TLC for helping us end our vacation on a positive note!!
