The most calming and beautiful office I’ve ever been at. Dr. Mathew truly embodies care with everything she does for her patients and the team is just immaculate.
I wish they were transparent on how much you’re covered with insurance. They talk nice and say “yes we take your insurance!!” And then charge you so much money after :( it’s so disrespectful and disappointing to have that fake trust in folks. Especially when it’s your own people of color. It looks like a home, but is it really? please be more transparent with your community. Please actually help them out.
Such a good experience here at this office. Dr. Mathew truly heard all of my concerns and goals, such a great team at this office as all of my needs were taken care. I was also able to watch Netflix which was pretty cool while I had work done. The warm towel afterwards was the best. Thank you tlc dental spa. 10/10 will be staying as a patient here!
I had a wonderful experience today. Extremely nice and made me feel at ease. I plan on letting TLC help me get my dental health back to 100%.
A truly lovely practice: Warm atmosphere, attractive decorum, and infectiously welcoming staff. It feels more than just a simple dental office. It is truly a Dental Spa with a Doctor and staff that truly embody care.
