If you're looking for validation it's the place to go, if you're actually looking for psychological services I would find a licensed psychologist. People are wonderful but I honestly had higher expectations
My recent encounter with this establishment left me deeply disappointed. Despite booking an appointment for my underage child and attending it, an additional appointment was created without my approval or knowledge. Shockingly, appointment notifications were not sent to the contact choice on file, leaving us completely unaware of the second appointment. When I received an email notification at 12:30 am on the day of the apparent appointment, I immediately called first thing in the morning to cancel but had to leave a message... read more
