My recent encounter with this establishment left me deeply disappointed. Despite booking an appointment for my underage child and attending it, an additional appointment was created without my approval or knowledge. Shockingly, appointment notifications were not sent to the contact choice on file, leaving us completely unaware of the second appointment.
