This service is fantastic! Vanessa arrived early both times we have used the service. She was fantastic today with my daughter who was having a blood draw do the first time. I can’t recommend this service enough. They are great! UPDATED REVIEW: Twice they cancelled appointments on us. Once for my husband and then again for me. It was like a Seinfeld episode…they could make the reservation but they couldn’t keep the reservation which is really the most important part. The overall experience was excellent from the scheduling process to communication. The tech, Vanessa, was amazing with my 97 year old mother. In fact, my mother did not even realize the text had been done! Highly recommend!

We had Vanessa as out phlebotomist, and she was incredible. She is kind, professional, patient, and very talented. My son was very nervous, but she calmed him down and gave him a low-stress experience. Thank you!!
