Where do I begin? Terri Rout and what she did as our Doula (7th June 2024), changed our lives forever. Terri made my wife Louise comfortable from the moment she entered our home to the time Louise began having contractions. The whole experience was amazing. The price was fair. Terri delivered the tub in an easy to transport rolling bin that I could easily get up my apartment stairs. Easy to follow instructions and had all the accessories we could need. Will be back for our second child.
Terri , was an amazing support I can’t put into words . During this extremely difficult time not only being pregnant with high risk identical twins . And needing to go to mount Sinai for emergency surgery at only 18 weeks , for life saving surgery she was there every step of the way . Had a fantastic experience with renting a birth pool from Terri. She stayed in contact throughout she even delivered and picked up right from our doorstep. Everything was included and easy to use. She was great to work with.
