TLC Autowash This is the only place we go to get our car washed in Fayetteville! We have never had any problems with TLC! I also like that this is a one stop shop. You can get your NC Inspection, oil change, car wash, and so much more done all in one trip!
I have been getting charged $35 a month on the 3rd of every month since February of 2019. It is now June and again it has happened. I have called, messaged and talked to people several times about this and get the same response. We are sorry and will make sure it doesn't happen again and don't know why. They say I will be refunded. I have never been refunded and have bank records to prove the withdrawals and no refund. Today makes a total of $175 that has been taken by this company from my account. I ordered a full service detail for 150 dollars on my wife's car. We were told it would be 4 to 6 hours. We stated that was fine and left the car there after paying for the service (this was at 930 am on a weekday). After 5 hours we called to check th status and were told it would be ready at 4 pm (6 and 1/2 hours after we dropped it off.
