Yep, I agree with Janet! They never try to accommodate! They asked if I could ever bring it in at 8 AM, so I took off work to do so and they tell me they don't have time. An alignment only takes 20 min. or 30 min. , but they didn't have time. So, I took it right over to Firestone and not only did they have time, but they also honored my Groupon coupon!!! I'm a new fan of Firestone!!!
Be prepared to be treated like dirt if you are a Groupon user, I'm just sayin...
TLC is a great place. They guys that work there are honest and do great work. I have been several times and now wont go anywhere else. They have never told me something was wrong with my car that wasnt just because I am a woman. They dont treat me like I am dumb and dont know anything. They answer all my questions and treat me like I have some sense.
I was sick to death of Landmark Dodge yanking us around.Scott the mechanic is great!!! He knows how to fix it all!
I have been taking all of my vehicles to TLC for about 7 years now. Jim and his brother have always treated me fair and honest. They are always willing to discuss options, not just quote what would be best for their pocketbook. I will continue taking my vehicles to TLC and highly recommend them to everyone.
