It can be difficult doing anything auto related as a person that knows nothing about cars, but TLC made me feel very confident. They were kind, honest, communicative, and very efficient. I highly recommend!
Came in for a coolant pump replacement. Overcharged me and refused to waive my diagnostic fee even if I committed to get the work done there. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never go here unless you've got money to burn. They asked for 1500. I got the work done for 700 somewhere. Still had to pay 300 for their BS diagnostic fee. Don't know how their rating is so high.

TLC was very professional and informative about the issue with my vehicle. The only problem was the forgot to fix my back tire that has a slow leak. Other than that great job. I will call TLC for further repairs.
