TLC AutoCare has taken care of my vehicles for many years. I was away for a few years and didn’t use them during that time, and in that period my older Ford Escape aged quite a bit and developed major oil leaks and other issues. When I came back to TLC Auto, they treated me with the same honesty, respect, and excellent service I remembered. It can be difficult doing anything auto related as a person that knows nothing about cars, but TLC made me feel very confident. They were kind, honest, communicative, and very efficient. I highly recommend!

Came in for a coolant pump replacement. Overcharged me and refused to waive my diagnostic fee even if I committed to get the work done there. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never go here unless you've got money to burn. They asked for 1500. I got the work done for 700 somewhere. Still had to pay 300 for their BS diagnostic fee. Don't know how their rating is so high.
